The State of Florida – in accordance with §120.565 FS – has issued a Declaratory Statement. The Petition [for a Declaratory Statement] was submitted by Sunrise Community (a Florida organization); and it pertained to people with developmental disabilities.

Florida Select Insurance Company is the entity that requested the change; and the Office of Insurance Regulation [is the government agency that] will deliberate over it.
