The State of Florida – in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act (APA)will hold a public meeting to discuss a statewide rate change. Cincinnati Insurance is the entity that requested the change; and the Office of Insurance Regulation [is the government agency that] will deliberate over it. A deliberation, of course, that will be open to the public (ie, everyone is invited).
