Golden Rule Insurance has challenged the validity of a Florida regulation (69O FAC 149.041). The organization did so in accordance with §120.58(8)(a) FS. As such, the Department of Insurance will determine whether the rule is [indeed] invalid. Apparently, this notification was a correction of a prior [public] notice (31 FAR 6 – 2/11/2005).
