The State of Florida – in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) – will hold a public meeting to discuss rule development. The Office of Insurance Regulation will be the agency conducting the meeting. Plus, the regulation [that's under examination] is 4 FAC 176.013. As always, everyone is invited [to attend].
