The State of Florida – in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) – is on the verge of changing twenty-one insurance regulations (4 FAC 154.402; etc.). The State will be holding a public hearing on its proposed changes. That hearing will be held on February 19, 2003 (at 10:30 AM EST).
