The State of Florida has just announced that it acquired receivership over Aries Insurance Company. The State obtained this status due to court order; and – apparently – on account of the insurer's insolvency. Claimants (eg, policyholders creditors etc.) have until November 14, 2003 to submit claims/inquiries.
