The State of Florida – pursuant to §627.351 FS – has approved a credit agreement that its legislatively-created corporation proffered. That corporation is FRPCJUA (Florida Residential Property and Casualty Joint Underwriting Association); and the agreement will extend its [already-existing] line of credit for 364 more days. The agreement will also reduce FRPCJUA's aggregate commitments (from $750M to $640M).
