The State of Florida – in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) – is on the verge of changing twelve insurance regulations (4A FAC 220.051; etc.). Aside from the [disclosed] updates to the provisions; there's no [facially] obvious reason as to why the State initiated changes to these rules.

The State of Florida – pursuant to §280 FS – has just published its list of banks that will hold public funds. Some of these banks are domiciled in Florida; and others are foreign [to Florida].
