The State of Florida – in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) – is on the verge of amending changes to an insurance regulation (4A FAC 49.004). The State is also making changes to a different regulation (4A FAC 62.003). Aside from the [disclosed] updates to the provisions; there's no [facially] obvious reason as to why the State amended the rule.
