The State of Florida has just re-announced that it acquired receivership over Queensway Casualty Insurance Company. The State obtained this status due to court order; and – apparently – on account of the insurer's insolvency. Claimants (eg, policyholders creditors etc.) have until January 18, 2002 to submit claims/inquiries.
