The State of Florida has just re-announced that it acquired receivership over Sunstar Health Plan, Inc.. The State obtained this status due to court order; and – apparently – on account of the insurer's insolvency. Claimants (eg, policyholders creditors etc.) have until February 2, 2001 to submit claims/inquiries.
