The State of Florida – pursuant to §280 FS – has just published its list of banks that will hold public funds. Some of these banks are domiciled in Florida; and others are foreign [to Florida]. All of them, however, must abide by Florida's laws on public deposits. They can all be found in this document (courtesy of Froogle).
