Juan Francisco Berenguer has challenged the validity of three Florida regulations (4 FAC 211.031 etc.). The Floridian did so in accordance with §120.58(8)(a) FS. As such, the Department of Insurance will determine whether the rule is [indeed] invalid. Apparently, this notification was a correction of a prior [public] notice (25 FAR 33 – 8/20/1999)
