The State of Florida has just re-announced that it acquired receivership over The Florida Workers Compensation Fund. The State obtained this status due to court order; and – apparently – on account of the insurer's insolvency. Claimants (eg, policyholders creditors etc.) have until November 15, 1999 to submit claims/inquiries.
