The State of Florida – pursuant to §627.351 FS – has approved a credit agreement that its legislatively-created corporation proffered. That corporation is FRPCJUA (Florida Residential Property and Casualty Joint Underwriting Association); and the agreement will extend its [already-existing] line of credit for 364 more days. The agreement will also reduce FRPCJUA's aggregate commitments (from $1.50B to $0.75B).

The Florida Retail Federation Self-Insurers Fund has challenged the validity of two Florida regulations (4 FAC 190.030; etc.). The insurer did so in accordance with §120.52(8)(a) FS. As such, the Department of Insurance will determine whether the rule is [indeed] invalid.
